Southwest Spirits Sponsors Bartender Shakedown Event

From Sept. 18-21, Southwest Spirits is sponsoring the Bartenders’ Shakedown event in West Palm Beach, Florida. We’ll be flying into Florida with cases of our award-winning nue vodka and Calamity Gin for this exciting multi-day event, which challenges some of the world’s best bartenders to create original cocktails live on stage.

 

 

With Pro, Advanced and Amatuer divisions, the Bartenders’ Shakedown features top mixologists from across the globe competing to see who can make the best original cocktails while keeping the crowd and judges on the edge of their seats.

 

To win the Bartenders’ Shakedown, contestants have to impress a three-judge panel focused on mixology, another three-judge panel evaluating flair, and one judge dedicated to point deductions – all in a blind speed to see who is the best Flair bartender in a true working bar environment.. This is serious stuff!

 

Southwest Spirits is excited to be a big part of this event, and we’re looking forward to seeing what these talented bartenders create from nue vodka and Calamity Gin. Our team will be cheering from the sidelines and handing out samples so attendees can experience firsthand what “distilled in Dallas” tastes like.
