Chief Executive Officer
Guillermo Rodriguez has over 25 years of commercial, operational and general management experience in the distilled spirits business, in both U.S. and international markets. He has worked in both supplier and distributor roles, including executive management, sales and marketing, operations, production, innovations, shopper marketing and national accounts.
John Fortman is an experienced executive with more than 30 years of solid, progressive experience within manufacturing operations management. At Southwest Spirits, he is exclusively responsible for blending, aging and distilling, as well as quality control of all our products.
Director of Operations
Matt Cook has been with Southwest Spirits since 2011. His experience in operations management and analysis makes him a strong leader overseeing the Southwest Spirits teams responsible for purchasing; facility maintenance; bottling, inventory control; shipping, and warehouse management.
Vice President of Sales - East Division
Lou Suffredini with 35+ years in the wine and spirits industry has a well-deserved reputation for building successful teams who build brands. With his extensive distribution, product, category, and market expertise, he has managed business for major, mid-level, and start-up suppliers on both a National and Regional level.
Vice President of Sales - Central Division
Dominic Lonero brings over 30 years experience as a supplier and distributor in the beverage alcohol industry, he's held executive management positions with Constellation Spirits, Allied Domecq, and PepsiCo W&S.
Vice President of Sales - West Division
Scott Heron brings over 25 years of successful management experience in three-tier sales and distribution execution. Since joining Southwest Spirits in 2017, Scott has been responsible for West Division Sales operations.
Vice President of Sales - Southwest Division
Christian LeGuen joined Southwest Spirits in February 2019, bringing with him over 12 years of Distributor and Supplier experience in the beverage industry. Christian began developing his leadership, discipline, reliability, and work ethic from his six years of Military service, which began in 2002. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Vice President of Sales - National Accounts
Miguel Rodriguez is a sales executive with over 33 years of sales management experience, growing Regional, National and Global Spirits brands. He is devoted to driving the sales process from plan to close. He has managed Independent and National On- & Off-premise channels and has held various roles including: State Manager, Regional Manager, National Account Manager & National Sales Director. Miguel has a proven track record of exceeding goals and enjoys mentoring others for future advancement.
